Alyssa joined Children’s Law Center as the Behavioral Health Policy Fellow in 2020. In this role, she supports policy reform efforts aimed at strengthening DC’s behavioral health system for children. Prior to her current position, Alyssa completed internships in the DC Department of Health and Pan American Health Organization/World Health Organization, as well as consultancies with the World Bank Group and Inter-American Development Bank. She also served as an Associate Professional in the Ministry of Health of Trinidad and Tobago for one year.
