Danielle E. Cornwall is the chief of staff at Children’s Law Center. In her role, she is a strategic partner to the executive director and supports the execution of organizational goals that are leading the evolution and advancement of the mission. Danielle is passionate about organizational effectiveness that engages human capital and improves efficiency in systems and processes. She specializes in creating strategy and delivering programs and events from conception to execution. Prior to joining CLC, she worked at the National Urban League and UnidosUS — national civil rights organizations that served over 2 million people annually. In her roles, she supported the expansion of signature national programs, spearheaded cross-functional teams. Danielle is an alumnus of the National Urban Fellows program and participated in the Duke Corporate Education/National Urban League, Emerging Leaders Program.
