Elizabeth Bowker is a senior attorney with CLC’s Healthy Together Program. Prior to joining CLC, Elizabeth worked at a nonprofit agency advocating for the educational rights of youth in foster care for seven years and spent three years as the legal supervisor of a legal/social work collaborative clinic at the University of Michigan Law School. As a graduate and law student, she served as a policy intern for Congressman Gary Peters in DC, worked at the University of Michigan Pediatric Advocacy Initiative and wrote for Bloomberg in Manhattan. Elizabeth has also interned at the Washtenaw County Public Defender’s Office and previously clerked for Judge Thomas L. Brown, 30th Circuit Court.
