Grace English

Grace is the development assistant for events on Children’s Law Center’s Development team, working to cultivate, solicit, and steward donors as the project manager for development-driven events. Prior to joining Children’s Law Center in 2022, Grace worked at Safe Harbor, a non-profit providing services for survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking, as an Education and Outreach Intern and staff member in their human trafficking shelter house. Grace also worked with Georgetown University’s Center for Social Justice as a Housing Justice Intern, advocating for inclusive housing policy to ensure equitable access within DC communities. In addition to her professional work, Grace was part of a research team during her senior year of college exploring the impact of COVID-19 on Title IX compliance regarding campus sexual violence protocol.
