Wendy Li

Wendy Li is the Organizational Development Consultant at Children’s Law Center. In her role, Wendy partners with the Chief Human Resources and Equity Officer and other organizational leaders to support organizational effectiveness and performance. Wendy’s focus is on designing and implementing strategies and initiatives that promote positive change. Prior to joining Children’s Law Center, Wendy practiced as an employment lawyer in New Zealand and Australia, while also undertaking work in France and the USA, before retraining as an organizational development specialist. More recently, Wendy started her own consultancy practice specializing in organizational development and early dispute resolution interventions.
