FY16 Budget Testimony: District of Columbia Public Schools
On April 23, 2015, Judith Sandalow, executive director of Children’s Law Center, testfied at District of Columbia Public Schools’ agency hearing on Mayor Muriel Bowser’s proposed FY16 Budget. In her testimony on DCPS’s budget, she focused specifically on the proposed budgets for special education, as well as touch briefly on the funding for at-risk students.
