The HSC Health Care System: Judith Sandalow Comments on Congress Heights Life Skills Center

Children’s Law Center executive director Judith Sandalow commended Health Services for Children with Special Needs, Inc. for the opening of the Congress Heights Life Skills Center, a behavioral health clinic for children and families. HSCSN is a Medicaid health plan provider in the District. 

“The opening of the Congress Heights Life Skills Center is an important step toward ensuring that all low-income children have access to needed mental health services. HSCSN should be commended for establishing this critical partnership,” Sandalow said in a press release.

Building capacity to provide more community-based services is a key aspect of Children’s Law Center’s plan to improve children’s mental health in the District.
