On the day Mayor Muriel Bowser will give her State of the District Address, and just a few days before she releases her FY18 budget, leading advocates for DC’s children and families will hold an audio press briefing to discuss the budget priorities that would improve the health and wellbeing of young children and families in the District. The briefing will be at:
