Washington Bussisness Journa:l Profile Highlights Board Member’s Community Service

Evan Farber, general counsel and corporate secretary of The Advisory Board Company, who has served on Children’s Law Center’s Board of Directors since 2009, was recognized with a community service award, based largely on his service to support Children’s Law Center.

Farber has been responsible for building a pro bono partnership between Children’s Law Center and The Advisory Board Company, which in the last year has resulted in more than 150 hours of donated expertise on various projects. He also co-chaired the 2012 Helping Children Soar Benefit, helping to raise more than $750,000.
