Creighton Magid, Immediate Past Chair

Chip Magid is the Partner-in-Charge of Dorsey & Whitney LLP’s Washington, DC office and an experienced courtroom advocate who handles complex and high-profile commercial litigation matters across the country. He has been listed in Washington, DC Superlawyers every year since 2015. He earned his undergraduate degree, with honors, from Princeton University and his JD cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School. Chip is actively involved in the community and serves as the board chairman of College Success Foundation – District of Columbia, is a Trustee of the Federal City Council, and is a member of the Economic Club of Washington. He joined the Children’s Law Center Board of Directors in 2015.
