Danielle Robinette is a senior policy attorney at Children’s Law Center. In her time with the policy team, starting first as a policy law clerk, she has focused on education policy issues including student attendance, special education access, and school discipline.

Danielle is a graduate of Georgetown Law where she was a founding member and professional development chair of Georgetown Youth Advocates – an organization encouraging Georgetown Law students to take an active interest in the well-being of young people through internships in youth advocacy.

Prior to law school, Danielle taught 8th grade social studies in Louisville, Kentucky and English as a Foreign Language at the Federal University of Viçosa in Brazil. She credits these classroom experiences with inspiring her to pursue law school in order to address policies that serve as barriers to student success in school and in life.
