Debbie Feinstein

Debbie Feinstein heads Arnold & Porter’s Global Antitrust group and brings a wealth of experience to her practice in advising clients on a range of antitrust challenges before U.S. antitrust authorities. From 2013-2017, she was Director of the Bureau of Competition of the Federal Trade Commission, overseeing all antitrust matters at the agency. Throughout her career, Debbie has focused on merger and acquisition reviews by antitrust enforcement agencies in the U.S. and globally, as well as civil investigations and litigation. Debbie graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, and Harvard Law School.
