Elise Rabekoff

Elise Rabekoff is the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Quadrangle Development Corporation, a regional owner and investor in office buildings, multifamily residential properties, and hotels.  She was previously a litigator at Shea & Gardner and Legislative Assistant to Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan.  She is a graduate of Princeton University and clerked for Hon. Charles R. Richey on the District Court for the District of Columbia after graduating from Yale Law School.  She is a board member of the Bishop Walker School, previously served on the boards of Collegiate Directions, Inc., St. Albans School, and the Chelsea School, served on the bard and as Treasurer of the Protestant Episcopal Cathedral Foundation, and chaired the boards of the Levine School (of Music) and the National Cathedral School.
