Evan is a senior supervising attorney in the Healthy Together program. In this role, he supervises staff and represents parents in education, housing conditions, access to healthcare, and public benefits cases. He also conducts trainings for medical providers, patients, and pro bono attorneys. Previously, Evan advocated for children in neglect, adoption, and custody cases as part of CLC’s Guardian ad Litem Program. Prior to joining CLC in 2012, Evan advocated for parents, children and families through the University of Michigan’s Child Welfare Advocacy and Pediatric Advocacy Clinics, at Youth, Rights, & Justice in Oregon and for the Center for Family Advocacy in Detroit.
