Flavien Malonda

Flavien Malonda is a Senior Accountant in the Operations/IT/Accounting Department at Children’s Law Center. He partners with colleagues across the organization to support accurate financial reporting, strengthen internal controls, and help ensure the organization’s resources are managed responsibly so Children’s Law Center can continue providing high-quality legal services and advocacy for children and families. Before joining Children’s Law Center, Flavien spent more than 25 years in accounting and finance management roles with nonprofit and international organizations, including Abt Global, Chemonics International, Counterpart International, and Heartland Alliance International, where he managed complex grant-funded operations and improved financial systems and processes. Throughout his career, he has enjoyed mentoring finance teams, building collaborative relationships across departments, and finding practical ways to make financial operations more efficient and effective. Flavien is bilingual in English and French and is passionate about using sound financial management to help mission-driven organizations create lasting impact.
