Geneen Carter

Geneen Carter is an Office Manager who supports the administrative and office tasks for Children’s Law Center. Prior to her work here, she served as the Administrative Secretary with Newport News Public Schools, where she worked at a middle school serving grades six through eight. Her administrative profession also helped support the inpatient Palliative Team at Riverside Regional Medical Center. One of her highlights in her professional career thus far is receiving the 2023-2024 Exemplary Support Staff of the Year award with Newport News Public Schools. In addition to her work, she volunteers around the community and is hoping to make a big impact within.
