Grace Shie

Grace Shie is a partner with Mayer Brown LLP and head of the firm’s Global Mobility & Migration practice. For over twenty years, she has advised multinational companies on cross-border employee mobility and the use of available work permit and visa categories to meet the hiring and training needs of a global workforce. Grace’s background includes five years in Hong Kong, where she led a top-ranked immigration practice. She is recognized for her work in Immigration, including by Washingtonian magazine, and serves as an Editorial Board Member for Global Mobility Lawyer (GML). Grace is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley (1999) and Georgetown University Law Center (2002). She lives in Washington, DC with her husband and their two boys.
