Jason Licht

Jason Licht serves as Global Co-Chair of the Private Equity Finance Practice and previously served as Local Co-Chair of the Corporate Department in the Washington, D.C. office. He regularly represents private equity sponsors, public and private companies, and investment banks in capital markets transactions, particularly initial public offerings and acquisition financings.  As a nationally recognized capital markets lawyer, Mr. Licht guides clients across industries and across borders to execute their transactions efficiently and effectively. He provides seasoned advice drawn from a sophisticated understanding of the perspectives of all parties in capital markets and finance transactions, and from his extensive experience advising public and private companies on a wide range of issues. Jason currently lives in Arlington, VA with his wife Kathryn and two wonderful children.
