Jessica Harris

Jessica Harris is the data and reporting specialist, working to utilize data to improve programs and practices within Children’s Law Center. Before joining Children’s Law Center, she worked as a victim advocate serving underserved populations in Charlottesville, VA. Prior to her time as a victim advocate, she worked as data analyst for the Maryland State Police, utilizing data to help the department better allocate resources across the state and work towards more timely and appropriate services.
