Kim Sullivan

Kim is a dynamic and engaging leader with more than 25 years of experience in the design industry, recognized for her ability to develop, manage, and implement complex operational and design projects for clients across the DMV and beyond. She is a Principal at Gensler and serves as Co-Managing Director of the firm’s Washington, DC office where she leads more than 300 architects, designers, and planners in delivering outstanding results to clients across a wide spectrum of industries. Kim earned a bachelor’s degree in interior design from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the University of Maryland, enabling her to advise clients in a holistic way that bridges design and business strategy.
