Lacia Japp

Lacia Japp is a Supervising Attorney on the Healthy Together team, assisting children through our medical-legal partnership in matters of special education, housing and more. Lacia joined Children’s Law Center in 2022. Previously, she clerked in matrimonial and criminal court after graduating from law school. She began her career advocating for children at Disability Rights New Jersey and Children’s Law Center of Sacramento. Lacia also authored an article on the intersection of special education and juvenile justice, as well as an article on asylum for survivors of domestic violence.
