Lindsey Cramer

Lindsey Cramer joined Children’s Law Center in 2022 as its Director of Data and Evaluation, bringing 14 years of experience studying the impacts of incarceration on fathers, children, and families, as well as interventions designed to mitigate the effects of parental incarceration and legal system involvement. Prior to joining Children’s Law Center, Lindsey was a senior research associate at the Urban Institute where she led evaluations of responsible fatherhood programs and helped jails and prisons implement practices to facilitate more frequent contact and communication between incarcerated parents and their children. Lindsey is particularly equipped at designing and conducting qualitative data collection activities including stakeholder interviews, participant focus groups, and participant surveys.
