Matthew Quallen
Matthew Quallen joins Children’s Law Center as a loaned associate from Covington and Burling, LLP, with experience litigating complex commercial disputes and appeals. Most recently, Matthew served as a law clerk to Judge Jill A. Pryor of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. As a law student at Yale, Matthew was a member of a clinic team that sued the United States Census Bureau challenging plans that would exacerbate racial undercounting, participated in moot court, and won multiple school-wide prizes for exemplary writing and research.
