Monikah Haywood

Monikah Haywood serves as the HR Coordinator for Children’s Law Center, where her primary focus is on recruiting and onboarding. In addition, she lends her expertise to various other areas within the HR field. Before joining Children’s Law Center, Monikah built a diverse career across the healthcare, technology, and finance industries, holding roles such as Human Resources Officer, HR Tech Project Manager, and HR Consultant, among others.

Monikah brings extensive experience in benefits administration, talent acquisition, compliance, and employee relations. Outside of her professional pursuits, she channels her discipline and dedication into competing in bodybuilding competitions.
