Pam Shilling is a non-profit development professional who joined the Children’s Law Center in February of 2022. As Director of Individual Philanthropy, Pam works with dedicated supporters who are committed to the well-being of the children and families we serve. With nearly 20 years in the non-profit industry, Pam has been a development and communications expert in education, environment, and arts organizations, and most recently was the Development Director for a growing arts center. In addition to her professional work, Pam has also regularly been a volunteer board and committee member for a variety of small non-profits, consulting and leading fundraising campaigns and events.
