Rachel Gold

Rachel Gold joined Children’s Law Center in 2023 as a staff attorney in the Guardian ad Litem program. Rachel represents children involved in abuse and neglect proceedings in the District of Columbia. Prior to joining Children’s Law Center, Rachel served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Jennifer A. Di Toro at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia in Family Court. While attending Georgetown University Law Center, Rachel worked on disability rights matters as an intern at various civil legal services organizations in Washington D.C. and the Department of Justice, Disability Rights Section. As a Student Attorney in the Health Justice Alliance Clinic, Rachel represented clients in special education, housing, and public benefits cases.
