Sam Miller is a Staff Attorney for the Guardian ad Litem program. She represents children in abuse and neglect cases in D.C.’s Family Court. Sam joined Children’s Law Center in 2024 after completing a legal research fellowship with the Death Penalty Information Center. While attending Georgetown University Law Center, she participated in the International Women’s Human Rights Clinic, helping a partner law firm in Lesotho research and draft proposed legislation to end child marriage.
