Sarah Dahnke
Sarah Dahnke is the Grants Manager for Children’s Law Center, where she oversees the full lifecycle management of the organization’s institutional grants. Sarah brings over a decade of grants management experience, benefiting children and families in the District and beyond. Before joining Children’s Law Center, Sarah served as project director for a series of multi-million-dollar grants and contracts in partnership with Fortune 500 companies, foundations, government, and individual and family donors. Previously, Sarah was a Senior Associate at Cadmus Group, where she oversaw project teams across three continents to improve economic opportunities for women-led households and to ensure the safety and educational rights of children. She began her career at the Global Environment & Technology Foundation, where she served as counterpart to a top Fortune 100 global company, helping them achieve their regional social responsibility targets two years ahead of schedule. Sarah is a certified nonprofit project manager and is conversational in Arabic and Spanish.
