Shirelle Kouyate

Shirelle Kouyate is the Family Outreach Worker whose primary role is to promote client access to and engagement with Children’s Law Center’s legal services. Prior to her work at Children’s Law Center Shirelle was a Family Social Services Worker for DCPS Head Start Program providing wrap around services to an annual case load of over 100 socio-economically disadvantaged District of Columbia families. Also, Shirelle is the mother, legal guardian and activist for a destitute adult diagnosed with autism.
