2025-26 Oversight Testimony: Office of the Attorney General
Policy Attorney Patrick Cothern testified at the DC Council’s performance oversight hearing for the Office of the Attorney General (OAG). Our testimony highlights how Children’s Law Center works with OAG as counsel in family court cases and as a partner in protecting tenants and in the development of law and policy that impacts the children and families we work with. Over the past year, we have appreciated OAG’s efforts to pursue safe and healthy housing for low-income tenants and their partnership in improving the District’s child welfare system.
