CLC Comments on Chapter 30 Special Education Rulemaking
Supervising Policy Attorney Renee Murphy, on behalf of Children’s Law Center, submitted comments to DC’s Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) regarding their Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for a new Chapter 30 (Special Education) of Subtitle A of Title 5 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations (DCMR). The purpose of the proposed rulemaking is to update the regulatory framework governing the education of students with disabilities in the District.
