Comment: Mold Assessment and Remediation Licensure Rulemaking
Together with Legal Counsel for the Elderly and Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia, Children’s Law Center submitted comments on proposed regulations published by the District Department of Energy and Environment (DDOE) to implement Title III of the Air Quality Amendment Act of 2014. These collaborative comments praised DDOE for significant improvements to its first draft and focused on addressing finer technical points in the second draft.
