Comment: Notice of Revisions to the Special Education Audit Policy
Children’s Law Center recently shared its comments with the DC Public Charter School Board about its revisions to the special education audit policy. We’re offering the following comments because while we appreciate that PCSB is updating and expanding its audit procedures, we’re concerned that the proposed policy is subjective in its procedures. We’re recommending better-defined procedures which will limit the influence of bias and ensure consistency in enforcement. Read the full comments here.
