FY22 Oversight Testimony: Education Agencies
Children’s Law Center Policy Director Sharra E. Greer testified before the DC Council’s Committee of the Whole about the performance of DC education agencies, including DCPS, DME and OSSE. Sharra urged the Committee and education agencies to ensure that accountability measures are paired with investments in supports for students, particularly where it concerns student vaccinations; pandemic recovery; special education; and attendance issues.
