Testimony: Department of Behavioral Health Oversight (FY17)

Policy Director Sharra Greer testified before the DC Council’s Committee on Health regarding the Department of Behavioral Health’s (DBH) FY2016 performance. Sharra’s testimony focused on discussing the Department’s progress and continued challenges in several areas, including:

  • School-based mental health;
  • High-Fidelity Wraparound;
  • Inpatient access and outpatient continuity of care; and
  • The quality of timeliness of services, in general.
