Testimony: District Department of the Environment Oversight (FY15)
On February 18th, 2015, Lauren Onkeles-Klein, senior supervising attorney in Children’s Law Center’s Healthy Together program, testified at the District Department of the Environment performance oversight hearing. She testified that regulations required by the Air Quality Amendment Act of 2014 be promulgated very soon to address housing code violations that exacerbate a child’s health problems.
