Testimony: Home Visiting Services Reimbursement and Childhood Continuous Coverage Acts of 2023
Children’s Law Center Policy Attorney Leah Castelaz testified before the DC Council’s Committee on Health to share our support for the Home Visiting Services Reimbursement Act of 2023 and the Childhood Continuous Coverage Act of 2023, which will benefit District families and improve the lives of children ages five and younger.
