Testimony: Office of Human Rights Oversight (FY17)
Policy Analyst Michael Villafranca testified before the DC Council’s Committee on Judiciary & Public Safety regarding the FY2016 performance of the District’s Office of Human Rights (OHR). In addition to highlighting the Agency’s work on youth bullying prevention and creating positive school climate, Michael’s testimony discussed some concerns about language access in the District, especially with regards to language access in public schools.
