Testimony: Public Charter School Board Oversight (FY16)
Policy Director Sharra Greer testified before the DC Council’s Committee on Education regarding the Public Charter School Board’s (PCSB) FY 2015 performance. In her testimony, she highlights PCSB’s continued support and assistance to improve the District’s public charter school.
Sharra’s testimony focused on several important issue areas, including:
- Special Education Reforms;
- Special Education Oversight;
- Improving Language Access;
- School Engagement; and
- Trauma and School-Based Mental Health Services.
