Consent for SMS Communications:
Upon granting consent to receive SMS messages from Children’s Law Center, users can rest assured their phone number and consent will remain confidential. This information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. It will be used solely to facilitate communication.
Types of SMS Communications:
After obtaining consent, Children’s Law Center may send the following types of messages:
- Client Communications: Surveys for feedback or invitations to learn more about our work.
- Job Applicants: Updates on the status of applications.
- Appointment Reminders: Notices for upcoming appointments or events.
Opt-In Methods:
Users may opt-in via:
- Verbal consent during a conversation
- By providing a phone number when signing up to receive Children’s Law Center communications or during a case-related intake process.
Opt-Out Methods:
Users can opt out anytime by:
- Replying “STOP” to any SMS
- Contacting Children’s Law Center directly to request removal from our SMS messaging list:
