FY24 Budget Testimony: Committee of the Whole Budget Hearing
Children’s Law Center Executive Director Judith Sandalow testified before the DC Council Committee of the Whole’s budget hearing. Judith urged the Council to invest $3.45 million in the School-Based Behavioral Health Expansion Program in order to maintain stable and sufficient grant funding for Community-Based Organizations delivering these critical services in schools.
