2023 Financials

Children’s Law Center has long been a stable, effective, fiscally responsible part of our community. Since 1996, we have directly helped more than 50,000 children and families, while addressing systemic issues that impact hundreds of thousands more. Thanks to the support of 3,000 individuals, law firms, corporations and foundations, we reached more than 4,000 children and families in 2023. And we continued to tackle long-term, systemic challenges with the support of multi-year gifts.

We also continued in our efforts to make Children’s Law Center a more diverse, inclusive, equitable and anti-racist organization and began to implement our strategic framework. Accounting rules categorize these expenses as general and administrative costs. We view them as critical to our programmatic success.

What matters most is our impact.
