Law Clerks and Interns
Children’s Law Center hosts a comprehensive, hands-on internship program. Law clerk and intern positions are available during spring, summer and fall semesters. Generally, spring positions are posted in October, summer positions are posted in November and fall positions are posted in May. Law clerk applicants must be current law students or recent law school graduates.

At Children’s Law Center, we strive to provide high-quality, meaningful experience and training to the students and young professionals in our Law Clerk and Intern Program. Information about Law Clerk and Intern Positions
Positions may be offered as in-person, hybrid or remote. Hours are flexible. Children’s Law Center does not provide computers for law clerks and interns working remotely. Access to a personal computer is required for remote positions.
All positions are unpaid and can be taken for credit. Law clerks and interns are encouraged to explore financial sponsorship through other sources. Click the button below to see information about funding opportunities through educational institutions and third-party organizations.
