Children’s Law Center submitted public comments on the Proposed Rulemaking for Community Support services authorization limits. Our comments challenge the notion that limiting daily units of Community Support will result in increased utilization of clinical services, especially given the current capacity and availability of those services.

At Children’s Law Center, we know that many of the children we work with – including children in the foster care system or receiving special education services – only need our help because their needs have gone unaddressed.
